Shipping and Handling
We offer prompt delivery to UK mainland on all products
Carriage for other areas or for premium shipping methods is shown on the shopping cart & is calculated by weight
We use a variety of shipping methods and high quality packaging. Goods are insured during transit. We make every effort to keep postage & packing costs at a minimum for our customers.
If products arrive with the packaging showing signs of damage, please open the package in front of the delivery driver and either sign for the delivery stating the nature of the damage or refuse the delivery. Please inform us as soon as possible by email or telephone of the nature of any damage and we will arrange for all or part of your delivery (as appropriate) to be sent to you as soon as possible.
All stock orders will normally be dispatched within two working day.
Some of our deliveries require a signature. Please ensure that you give us a delivery address where there will be someone able to sign for the delivery during normal delivery hours (8am to 6pm) Monday to Friday.
Small orders will be sent by Royal Mail 24 or Special Delivery (usually delivered next working day after dispatch but please allow up to four working days for delivery).
All other orders are dispatched by selected carrier and should be delivered within 24 to 48 hours of dispatch (but please allow 3-4 working days).
Kent Diving reserves the right to amend the delivery method if deemed more appropriate but will not downgrade to a slower method
